In Stock Items: Shipped within 24–48 hours after payment (excluding public holidays and the New Year holiday period).

1. What are the delivery types and times?

Standard delivery is shipped from the local warehouse corresponding to each market.

2. Where is my order?

Check your order status in My Purchases.

If you have an account: log in with your email and password.

If you purchased as a guest: enter your email address and order number under My Purchases > I am not registered.

3. Can I change the shipping address?

Currently, address changes are not possible after purchase.

Please ensure your address is correct before checkout.

You can manage your addresses under My Account > My Addresses and set a default shipping address.
4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled via My Purchases > Order Details or through our chat service.

Cancellation is only possible if the order is accepted but not yet shipped.

If your order is ready to ship or already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Once your request is made, we will confirm by email within 24 hours.
