Shipping Fee

All orders include shipping costs in the product price.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • In Stock Items: Shipped within 24–48 hours after payment (excluding public holidays and the New Year holiday period).

  • Holiday Delays: During public holidays and the New Year holiday period, processing may take longer.

  • High Volume Orders: If stock cannot be fulfilled due to unusually high order volume, we will contact you via email.


Pre-Order Items

  • Shipped according to the estimated shipping date shown on the product detail page.

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.


Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped locally.


Shipping Notification

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • The email includes the shipping carrier and tracking number.

  • Important: After receiving this email, you cannot change the delivery date or time. For changes, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Missed Delivery

  • If you are not home, the courier will leave a delivery notice and return the package to their office.

  • Please contact the courier to arrange redelivery or pickup.

1. What are the delivery types and times?

  • Standard delivery is shipped from the local warehouse corresponding to each market.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 days after placing the order.

  • During sale periods or promotions, delivery times may be longer.

2. Where is my order?

  • Check your order status in My Purchases.

    • If you have an account: log in with your email and password.

    • If you purchased as a guest: enter your email address and order number under My Purchases > I am not registered.

3. Can I change the shipping address?

  • Currently, address changes are not possible after purchase.

  • Please ensure your address is correct before checkout.

  • You can manage your addresses under My Account > My Addresses and set a default shipping address.

4. Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be canceled via My Purchases > Order Details or through our chat service.

  • Cancellation is only possible if the order is accepted but not yet shipped.

  • If your order is ready to ship or already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Once your request is made, we will confirm by email within 24 hours.

  • If cancellation is not possible, you may return the item through our standard return process.
