Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which starts from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at support@zoinclo.com.
We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Items missing original tags or accessories


Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes products may arrive defective or damaged. In such cases, we offer an exchange for the same item.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@zoinclo.com and include photos and/or videos of the issue. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure a free replacement.

Please note:

  1. Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. We do not offer free exchanges for reasons such as color, style, or material preferences.

  2. For size-related issues only, we offer one free exchange with shipping costs covered by us. Any additional exchanges after the first one will require the customer to cover the shipping costs.

  3. Replacement items will be shipped only after the returned item has arrived at our local warehouse and its delivery has been confirmed.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund and it will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Refunds typically take about 5 business days to appear.
If you do not receive your refund within this period, please:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Note that it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged during shipping — in that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.

As long as the returned item and all accessories are brand new and unused, we do not charge any restocking fees.
